IT Development Engg: Overview As a sr. developer, the applicant will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing current applications as well as development of new applications. Applicant will provide development, technical direction of the projects. Applicant must be comfortable with a fast paced environment and able to handle multiple tasks including directly interfacing with internal customers and conducting meetings. General Responsibilities � Serve as a team member in development of the customer-driven solution, contributing to crucial technical decisions as the nature of project evolves. � Must be able to effectively coach and mentor team members on technical aspects of application development. � Experience in using code repository to perform source version management � Experience in developing software using emerging technologies � Experience with relational databases � Experience developing and deploying with Application Server � Experience on Java based application development � Posses good insight into design patterns and designing applications using OOPS & Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Skills Required � Strong organizational skills and the ability to build relationships throughout the organization. � Strong communication skills � Proven ability to meet deadlines Education and Experience Bachelor�s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
