- Experience with JDBC, Multi-threading, Java 5
- Experience with performance tuning Java-based applications desirablen
- Experience with JPROBE or JPROFILER, JUNIT a plus
- Database programming skills in Oracle a plus
- Experience with JMX a plus
- Proficient in UML, OOAD.Ability to abstract detail into larger (repeatable) patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques
- Experience providing a vision of the total solution, managing a track of work, and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common vision
- Understanding of the project life cycle process
- Bachelor's degree required, degree in Computer Science or related field would be preferred
