JAVA ARCHITECH - Qualifications & Requirements:

 BE/B Tech/ME/M Tech/MCA/M Sc â€" Computers
 5-6 Yrs of Experience in Java
 Experience in J2EE, XML, Weblogic / JBOSS, SQL Server
 Knowledge of SDLC, project management methodology, test methodology, etc.
 Experience in Product Development
 Good Communication Skills
 Preferably healthcare experience

Responsibilities

 Deliver complex software components on schedule.
 Establish J2EE application architecture practice within the development team
 Leading the evolution of our J2EE application architecture.
 Provide guidance and direction throughout the development of J2EE standards, policies and best practices.
 Provide guidance and recommendations on development methodologies and frameworks for projects as well as Java and J2EE technologies.
 Work with Product Managers and Engineering to document, develop and refine our platform architecture.
 Assist in implementing solutions that integrate the systems with third-party utilities and applications.
 Perform technology/tools evaluation and software technical proof of concepts.
 Design and develop optimized and reliable code as per the specifications.
 Coordinate and communicate effectively with engineers and QA.
 Maintain and enhance existing frameworks and high software standards

Justification To Hire

The architect capability will help us to design and develop better software which will address scalability and reliability issues. We will also have somebody in the team to guide towards good coding practices.
