PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment to develop web applications on the Microsoft IIS, .Net framework and SQL Server platform

Display leadership and innovation in design while working with Business Analysts

Act as project lead for larger development efforts
PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES/DELIVERABLES/KRA

Work effectively with others in a collaborative team environment

Manage work assignments to meet deadlines under an aggressive schedule

Translate business and design goals into usable product

Align personal goals with business goals

Mentor junior developers
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILTIES

Graduate in BE/B. Tech/MCA

Good written and oral communication skills in English

Good interpersonal skills and should establish and maintain a positive relationship with people

Relevant experience between 4 to 6 years in .NET of software development or

In-depth experience and knowledge of the following technologies and methodologies:
Server-side development
C#
SQL and T-SQL
XML

Client-side development
HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, DHTML, CSS

Methodologies:
Design patterns
Object oriented design

Must have extremely strong problem-solving and innovation skills

Must have a thorough understanding of:
How web applications are architected
How web servers and clients interact
General web technology
Database design

Must be accustomed to working with Microsoft development environment
Visual InterDev/Studio/SourceSafe
SQL Enterprise Manager and other database tools
IIS (including installation & configuration)
Office
IE6+
Other emerging technologies
