Position : Associate Project Manager
Experiences :6-8yrs
Location : Bangalore
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Electronics, Masters Level and (or) MBA can be an added advantage.

The Brief Job Descriptions:

â€" Overall 6 - 8+ years of relevant IT experience with of Project Leadership / Project Management experience with top tier Software Product / Consulting organizations with a focus on ERP/SCM/Financial Solutions.
â€" Should have good knowledge of Contract Management, international shipments, logistics and corresponding documentation.
â€" Knowledge of commodities business and derivates (futures and options) would be an added advantage.
â€" Experience in implementation of web based business applications with international clients is desirable. On-site experience in US / Europe would be an added advantage.

Strong Hands on experience and knowledge of

â€" N-Tier Architecture, design patterns, Object Oriented Design and Modeling (UML).
â€" Java, J2EE Framework (Servlets, JSP, EJB, XML), Struts Framework, PL-SQL, MVC architecture, Browser based technologies (CSS, JavaScript etc).
â€" Developing SQL queries and analyzing database relationships.
â€" BEA Web Logic / JBoss Application Server
â€" Developing unit testing with JUnit Framework.
â€" Knowledge of Eclipse, , Ant, XML, Javadoc, JUnit
Responsibilities:
â€" Responsibility of managing multiple projects which includes technical solution overview, resource & task allocation, project planning, scheduling, tracking, monitoring, reporting, change management and scope control in a Product implementation landscape.
â€" Perform moderately complex impact analysis in product design and plan implementation activities which may require research and analysis. Understanding of target environment, performance criteria and suggests technical approaches to management on projects.
â€" Manage a set of team leads and will be responsible for delivery to various clients in different geographies.
â€" Extensive interaction with clients and actively participate in presentations, technical demonstrations, etc.
â€" Successfully plan, follow up ensure profitable, timely and high-quality completion of projects.
â€" Provides training/instruction and mentoring to junior associates.
â€" Take responsibility for team’s performance management, motivation and morale.
