Position: Developer / Sr Developer
Skills Required:
1. C# and OOPS
2. Ability to do ground up development work. Ex: should be able to write small tools on his/her own
3. .NET Fundamentals (such as generics, types, collections, anonymous delegates, event triggering and handler mechanism)
4. Requirements gathering and consolidation, code analysis and impact analysis
5. Debugging and root cause analysis\
6. Can work as an independent unit without a lot of technical guidance
7. High learnability
8. Preferably should have exposure to 1 or more scripting languages (even batch file scripting is ok)
In Brief we are looking for :
1. C#.Net with Coding Experience
2. OOPS Experience
3. Windows based Application and don’t consider the profiles from Web based Application.(No ASP.Net Profiles)
