SW-Engineer for MapViewer Core Development
Mission :
Quality improvement and feature enhancement of existing Map Viewer application. Responsible for object-oriented, embedded software development, including design, implementation, bug-fixing, documentation, and validation.
Essential Duties :
Analyze existing embedded software in order to be capable to make technical assessments.
Bug-fixing and implementation of additional features, based on existing code.
Perform code reviews and other activities to ensure high-quality results.
Provide unit tests and documentation for software modules.
Coding following HBAS software processes and object-oriented and embedded software industry best practices.
Qualification :
2+ years of experience in software development for 32bit embedded systems in C++
3+ years of experience in software development in C++
1+ years of experience in object-oriented software design for embedded systems
2+ years of experience with 3D graphics rendering
2+ years of experience with OpenGL
1+ years of experience with OpenGL ES
Experience in Synchronous and asynchronous event handling required
Automotive industry or other QS9000 compliant work experience desired
Advanced object-oriented experience including frameworks required
Navigation/Map Viewer software development experience desired
Renesas SH4 or similar microcontroller experience desired
Real-time OS experience (e.g. QNX) desired
Microsoft Visual Studio development experience required
Experience developing and debugging object-oriented software in a real-time, embedded, multi-processor, multi-interface environment
Experience in development tools (Perforce, Jam, Doxygen, CPPUnits, Perl)
Excellent English language skills
