Looking for a highly motivated and career oriented individual to participate in various phases in the development and implementation of software products for niche operational areas of business. Be part of a team of experienced system developers and architects in the design and construction of user interface components or business logic components using C++ ( and some C# ) languages on top of a proprietary architecture framework based on popular Microsoft technologies. Employ an Object Oriented development approach utilizing Microsoft tools ( Visual C++, Visual Studio .NET 2003 ) and industry standard relational databases ( Oracle and SQL Server ).

Mentor/supervise more junior developers and help enforce common standards.

These are very large applications with complex business logic. You will need to see the big picture, and work in the nitty-gritty code.

# 2+ years Visual C++/VC++/C++/Windows development

# SQL ( familiar with upper, lower, right left joins and in a large environment, minimum 100 tables, complex SQL querying, writing of stored procedures, triggers, etc. in SQL Server and/or Oracle )
# Experience developing Large Scale Business Applications
