Urgent Opening for java tester on contract basis

Hi,
We have an urgent opening for tester/testing
Skills:
1) Experience / Technical Skills:

- 5 years of experience in testing the enterprise Java applications. Understanding and Exposure to all phases of testing will be an advantage

- Hands on and proven skills in Test Planning & test Case Preparation, Functional (Black Box) Testing, Performance testing is mandatory

- Experience of test automation

- Experience in Functional Testing tools (Selenium, QTP) , Performance Testing Tools (JMeter, LoadRunner), Testing Management Tools (QC) is an mandatory

- Experience in testing the Treasury / Financial Applications will be an advantage

- Must be conversant with QMS and related documentation under the ISO 9000/CMM quality framework.

- Ability to build the test plans and test cases based on the functional requirements

2) SOFT SKILLS:

- Good written & verbal Communication Skills

- Good analytical skills.

- Good interpersonal skills

- Dedicated and responsible individual with a strong commitment to the assigned task

3) Responsibilities

- Understand the functional requirements, prepare test plans and test cases

- Perform Functional (Black Box) Testing, Performance testing

- Log the defects, communicate the testing results to the Lead / Manager, verify the fixes and track the defects to closure

- Ensure adherence to delivery schedules

- Quality Process adherence

Exp:5-7 yrs
Mode of hire: Contract
Job Location: Bangalore
Notice period:max 10 days
