About the Requirement

Designation: Teradata Technical Lead
Experience: 4 - 9 Yrs
Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Cochin, Middle East
Key Skills: Teradata

Skills Required

• Good Teradata skills, in-depth understanding of ETL design and architecture
• Knowledge of creating database and conducting physical database design
• Knowledge and experience on space management and system hierarchy
• Can decide on vital table creation parameters like UPI, PK etc etc, and INDEXES
• Knowledge about Stored Procedures.
• Experienced in development of Teradata procedures and can debug complex procedure code.
• Analyze and build SQL query and have knowledge of performance tuning
• Well conversant with features and limitation of Teradata SQL
• Knowledge and experience of utilities like Multi Load, Fast Load, FastExport, BTEQ, Teradata Pump Utility
• Experienced in Unix Scripting

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for proposing and designing solutions in ETL and Teradata to meet customer requirements and address complex business / technical process requirements
• Res p onsible for process implementation for large accounts and ensure process compliance
• Develop and sustain excellent customer relationship through deep engagement and delivering continuous value by meeting customer expectations and handling issues
• Ensure that service delivery takes place based on the Service level agreements Provide technical consultation in ETL and DATA STAGE
• Provide technical assistance to other team members by way of assisting them in solving challenging technical problems, sharing technical knowledge and adhering to quality processes in ensuring team objectives are met.
