One of our clients is a learning transformation firm founded by 2 senior IT industry professionals each having more than 15 years of industry experience and involves other senior people from reputed companies.

Our client transforms students graduating out of engineering schools by equipping them with core skills i.e. industry knowledge and soft skills.
- Industry knowledge sharing involves explaining the software development process, how a infrastructure support project is managed, what a maintenance project involves, how a BPO process is transitioned and executed and so on.
- Soft skills training involves training on communication and presentation skills, personal etiquette and such other areas.

These core skills are imparted through 3 or 6 month full time courses and at the end students are absorbed by the industry. The industry benefits because they get qualified and trained new hires whose training needs are much lesser and they can go on the production floor quicker. As part of its facilities, our client has a 5000 sqft training centre in Electronic City, Bangalore.

Our client is looking for experienced IT/ITES industry professionals who want to take a break from their hectic work schedules and share their knowledge and experiences with the young minds. This is also an opportunity to give back to society and guide the young minds to aspire for greater goals. The job involves suggesting content (from the person's experience) for the program. At times the person would also have to take classes.

Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Title: L&D Facilitator - IT/ITES
Experience: 7+ years of IT / ITES experience;
--- IT: Experience with SDLC;
--- ITES: Experience with transitioning and managing a process
