* Should have strong VC++ knowledge and experience.
* Should have done hands on VC++ design and development.
* Should have strong object oriented skills and good knowledge of UML and other OO techniques.
* Should be able to review requirements and translate them into high-level and detailed designs.
* Should have good communication and team interaction skills.
* Ability to interact with customers and gather requirements would be a plus.
* Must be a quick learner and grasp knowledge transfer from peers and seniors.
* Preference would be given to those that have done device level work in programming customer facing hardware like ATMs, Ticket Vending Machines etc.
* Experience in the transportation and fare collection industry would be a added plus.
