Purpose of the Job (Main Objective of the job): Act as an interface between the Business Analysts and the development teams to design the various modules and get the required functionalities developed in the product. Deliverables / Key Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities (Critical and Day-to-day activities of the job): 1. Analysis of the finalised requirements including Technical Interpretations 2. Low level and High level design (articulating , conceptualizing and creating models ,components and interfaces. Creating specification documents, and validating functionalities with the architecture against requirements and assumptions) 3. Getting the development done from the development teams and review the same 4. Review of unit and system test cases; Assisting in UATs 5. Work planning and time management of the teams 6. Documentation & Version control 7. Defect recording and status update; Aim for zero defect software 8. Help Team lead / Project manager to collect project metrics 9. Internal Knowledge sharing (inter as well as intra departmental) 10. Proof of Concept know how only Years of Experience : 4 - 8 Yrs from CMM / IT product organisation Qualification : B.E. / B.
