Job responsibility would involve creating, enhancing and supporting Smart Plug Ins (SPIs) for Windows application that would be deployed over Operations Manger (Formerly called as OpenView). Will be responsible for Current Product Engineering (CPE), development and release activities for Microsoft SPIs. Development and enhancement will be in C++, Visual Studio 8.0, VC++, VB/Java/Perl scripts, writing Operations Manger policies. Need to interact with cross functional teams. Need to work with Microsoft Applications such as Exchange Server, Active Directory, BizTalk server, Internet and security and acceleration server, SharePoint server and other Microsoft Enterprise Servers.

Candidate should have 3.5 - 5.5 years of software development experience in C++ / VC ++ in Windows environment. Strong knowledge (development and application) in Windows. Should have used Visual Studio extensively. Hands on working experience with cross-functional teams in product development domain. Have good knowledge of software development processes and methods. Experience in COM / C# / product development is desirable.
