Job Duties & Responsibilities:

窶｢ Assisting with documentation of Sarbanes-Oxley controls relating to India operations.

窶｢ Documenting process understandings in flowcharts and / or process narratives.

窶｢ Performing transaction walkthroughs of each process to confirm the auditor窶冱 understanding of the process (i.e.; following a transaction all the way through the process). Documentation evidencing performance of the walkthroughs will be retained of the actual results compared to expected results.

窶｢ Certain testing of controls, which will be coordinated with N. American auditors.

Longer term, the India audit positions are expected to:

窶｢ Assist in the annual risk assessment effort, primarily specific to India

窶｢ Perform reviews of documented Sarbanes-Oxley controls for India local operations and N. American processes that are offshored (currently AP, Billing);

窶｢ Assist with certain other monitoring controls (such as targeted auditing of disbursements or employee travel and entertainment expenses on a company-wide basis)

窶｢ Certain monitoring controls relating to Oracle user access or application settings for the India company.

窶｢ Assist with data analytics (This will be done in collaboration with N. America audit team)

窶｢ Help build controls awareness with India personnel that are designated as 窶彡ontrol owners窶戍br>
窶｢ Be available for special projects as needed (such as change in business process)


Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Accounting / audit . Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Chartered Accountant, CPA, CIA or equivalent preferred.
Preferably one of the two auditors would have blended that includes some level of IT auditing in support of financial audits.

General computer skills; Microsoft Office (including Visio); Oracle or other ERP exp a plus.

Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
