Sr. Software Engineer - SPI

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional who is ready to take challenges and work with globally distributed teams to develop cutting edge medical products.

This person should have:
• Interfaces with Stryker divisions in the US/Europe to participate in specification, design, code, and test reviews.
• Interacts internally/externally on a daily basis to achieve department/work unit goals and initiatives
• Able to understand interdependencies and relationships among many software components and between several software products
• Travels onsite as required.
• Able to handle multiple telephonic calls/conferences

DESIRED PROFILE


• Learns and understands information quickly

• Commitment to excellence and high standards

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Skill set: C++, /VC++, OOP, OOAD, UML.

• Good knowledge of C# is required

• Good knowledge of Design patterns is desired.

• Platforms: Windows, Microsoft Technologies.

• Experience in different Software life cycle activities is required.

• Solid knowledge of scripting languages e.g. javascript is desired

• Good knowledge of OOP concepts, UML and OOAD is a must

• Exposure to medical domain will be a plus.
