Skills Required:  Should have 4 to 6 years range of strong programming experience in C#. ASP.NET, .NET (.NET 3.5 technologies preferred), XML, and AJAX.  Should have strong OOAD and data structures concepts and hands-on knowledge  Should be keen on working on algorithms and software product development.  Should have strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.  Should have experience in User Interface (UI) design for client-server and web-based application development.  Should have experience in database design in MS SQL Server or Oracle.  Should have good understanding of Visual Studio 2008 settings and project configurations.  Should have good communication/ Analytical/ Technical skills (Verbal & Written)  Should be Energetic, Self motivated, and strong passion for technical excellence  Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Responsibilities  Managing design evolution across multi-generation product releases.  Leveraging technical initiatives aimed at innovation and quality excellence.  Designing, Coding, Unit testing  Leading the subsystems technical teams through the entire design cycle including requirements generation, design and implementation, verification & validation as the key technical mentor. Planning and Tracking Team Activities and Deliverables Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
