H-1B visa sponsorship:

We will arrange for a technical interview from our team, if you clear the interview we send our contract, offer letter and a H1B checklist of documents that we require from you for H1B filing. The H1B documents then are sent for educational evaluation and then to our lawyer who further sends it to USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, USA). USCIS takes approximately 3-6 months to process the H1B visa application. Once approved, the candidate is eligible to work in US from 1st of October of the year.

I am sure you would be aware that last year H-1B Quota (which is 65000 every year less 6,800 H-1B’s reserved for Chile and Singapore) got filed and exhausted on the very first day of the filing. This year again chances are that it will get over with the similar speed.
