Position: - SE /SSE /Lead

Relevant Experience
3+to 6 years of experience

The JD for Sara Lee positions is enclosed herein. Please let me know if any further information is needed.

1. Must - Good communication skill. Clarity of thought and expression. Should demonstrate capability to listen, understand and comprehend as well as others should be able to understand and comprehend what he / she has to convey / express.

2. Must - Good analytical ability and problem solving capability. This must have been demonstrated in a project environment as well.
3. Must - Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, various phases, activities in various phases, dependencies and sequence of phases. Exposure to configuration management processes.
Experience with at least one version management tool (Visual Sourcesafe, PVCS, Rational Clearcase)

4. Must - In depth understanding of C++ programming under Microsoft Windows environment.
At least 3 years experience with C++ programming under Microsoft Windows environment.
Must have written, maintained and debugged DLLs (Dynamic Link LIbraries)
Must have used make and be aware of flags / options used alongwith make
Must have used a debugger in Microsoft Windows environment.
Must have written / maintained and / or debugged multithreaded programs and have a fair idea of concurrency issues and how to deal with it.
Should be able to identify performance / response related issues and take corrective actions..
Must have worked with applications in C++ which interact with a RDBMS (Oracle / Sybase / DB2) by fetching, inserting and updating data.
Must have experience with both MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes) and WinSDK.

5. Must - Must have worked with any one of the following RDBMS's Oracle 8.x / Oracle 9.x / Oracle 10g , Sybase ,DB2

6. Must - Basic knowledge of networking (IP Address, Subnet Mask, Domain Name Server, DHCP) and tools like ping, tracert, netstat.

7. Nice to have - Knowledge of Unix commands and editor.

7. Must be looking for a hands-on technical work and be flexible to work in an environment which could be a mix of development / enhancement and support.


Interview Process:-

1> After shortlisting, we will fix up your F2F Interview on coming Friday ( 23.Jan.09) Interveiw timing 9 AM to 7
PM
2> Technical Interview + Project manager round. If all round will be through, they will offer u on Same Day
