We have immediate requirement for System Software Engineer for Nvidia,Pune.

Here is the JOB Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Design, Development and maintainence of User mode APIs that configure the GPU functionality.
2. Design and developement of kernel mode interfaces and hooks for the APIs.
3. Design of new test and debugging tools for the APIs and enahncements to the present test infrastructure
4. Driving projects per schedule - effort estimation, unit test plans, alignment with other teams involved in multiteam projects.
5. Handle customer/end user queries and resolve reported bugs.

Required Skills:

1. C/C++ development experience on windows platform using win32 SDK.
2. Basic understanding of Kernel Mode Driver architecture. Understanding of Kernel mode to User mode interaction mechanisms
3. SDK development experience including APIs and middleware.
4. Ability to work with cross functional teams and customers.
5. Good understanding of Windows internals.

Desired Skills:

1. Cross OS platform development experience.
2. Experience with Windows tracing (Wpp), WMI.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Development experience on Vista.
5. Flexibility in adjusting to switching priorities.
