Dear Sumedh, Greetings Capgemini is looking for MSI Packager Work Location: Mumbai/Bangalore Exp: 4 - 8 yrs Skills Profile Job Description Management of the Standard Operating Environment Packaging of applications to MSI Standards Resolution of problem/request logs within contracted SLA targets and working with Help Desk Analysts to ensure users are regularly updated Experience/skills - Essential Experienced 2nd/3rd level support analyst Knowledge & experience of MSI technology and Standard Operating Environments Good Experience of packaging applications with InstallShield/FlexNet Admin Studio Experience of Terminal services, Citrix 1.8, Citrix XP, Visual Basic scripting Knowledge of CA-USD/UAM, TCP/IP and Windows XP Experience/skills - Desirable MCSE Certification in Windows 2000, 2003 or Citrix Experience of Wise Admin Studio Experience in Ghostwalker, Microsoft Sysrep Experience in Wise Installer, WinInstall, Radia, SMS, CA Unicenter Knowledge of IBM and Compaq Blade server hardware An understanding of Remedy/EARS Personal Qualities Effective communication skills in both verbal and written English Very Client focused with regards to service delivery Self-driven and able to work by yourself or within a team Good analytical and troubleshooting skills (the ability to think logically through a problem) Ability to prioritise Must have the initiative, tenacity and commitment to see issues and problems through to resolution Good organisational, interpersonal and documentation skills Must be versatile and able to adjust to different target audiences Must be open to work in Shifts, 24X7.
