Position: CA Clarity Technical Analyst
Required Skills / Responsibilities

Data retrieval expertise using advanced SQL, with advanced knowledge of the Clarity 8.x data model.

1. stored procedures

2. triggers

3. new custom tables

4. data repairs and loads


Defines jobs and creates customized PL / SQL scheduled jobs.

Uses XOG XML Open Gateway and GEL to facilitate interfaces with external applications such as SalesForce.com, Remedy and Oracle Financials.

Uses Clarity Process engine and GEL scripts to automate complex business processes.

Creates attributes, objects, lookups, and portlets.

Conducts performance monitoring, analyzes performance and capacity issues and recommends solutions.

Resolves complex application and technical problems. Excels at working collaboratively with IT staff on development, troubleshooting, and other technical efforts.
Required education / experience:

Bachelors Degree, or equivalent work experience, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.

5 plus years of IT work experience in systems programming / analysis
