Candidates for below Requirements

1).Job Description

BIW D/D experience (Back Door, Trunk Lid, Hood, Fuel Filler Lid and Sunroof Mechanism Design)
Expert IDEAS CAD user (mandatory pass of Nissan CAD test)
Door Metal Design (inc Styling Feedback)
Mechanism layout and Specification Creation
Sealing system design and specification creation
CAD experience
Expert in ISO GD&T
Metal Formability Knowledge
Body Assy Knowledge
Corrosion Specification Knowledge
Liaise with Component suppliers to support component design. ( For Door Engineering)
Has a comprehensive technical analysis and judgment skill
Able to interpret results / make recommendations for the project
Understands and able to interrogate Nissan internal databases as required (after training)
Cost Reduction Study experience at component and system level
Cost Breakdown Analysis skills/Cost Management/Target cost acheivement
Relevant Project management capability
Able to make decisions or solve complex problems by drawing on technical/professional knowledge

Wants

4~12 years Relevant BIW development experience
Has relevant knowledge on the automotive industry and markets
6-sigma green belt or higher
Design process skills as below
Technical Benchmarking
Geometric Tolerancing
Design Review Process
ANPQP / APQP (and Program Master Schedule)
Technical Benchmarking
Problem Solving Skills
Quality Improvement Initiatives
Tolerance Analysis
Styling Feedback
Recurrence Prevention
Knowledge of FTA/FMEA


Academic Background

Degree in relevant Engineering discipline
