Sound knowledge of C++, Multithreading, IPC/RMI mechanisms. Extensive use of design patterns.
Knowledge of Database preferred
Good analytical skills, eye for detail and excellence
Good communication skills
People should be flexible and willing to work on multiple technologies (J2EE or C#).
