This is for project Specific Hiring and for exclusive Interview Process.Weekday Face To Face interviews to be conducted.


JOB DESIGNATION:
SSE and Team lead Position

JOB LOCATION
Pune

Interview Location: Pune,Kolkata,Gurgaon,Bangalore,Chennai

Interview Date: 27th Nov 2009(friday)

Interview Process: Scheduled interviews to be conducted by Naukri. Com,Quadrangle. This is for project sopecific hiring and not Walkin Interviews. Interviews to be conducted on shortlisting basis only.

Only candidates on permanent pay rolls may apply.No Contractual employees to be condidered.
Candidates who can be available for FACE TO Face interview on weekday should only revert back as the interview is to conducted on shortlisting basis.

16 yrs education is mandatory.

Candidates should be interested to attend FACTO FACE interview on weekday(Friday) between 9:30 am to 4:00 pm (Scheduled interview slots)

JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

# Tech Support Role Requirement
Experience working on Java/J2EE platform with extensive knowledge of EJB, JMS a must,
Must have development or support experience on web application with BEA weblogic Application server and Oracle as backend database,
Experience of troubleshooting failed batch jobs / interfaces to other applications e..g SAP, Mainframe etc,
Experience of using Eclipse development IDE and Jtest (unit testing)
Excellent troubleshooting skills, communication and coordination skills
Must have worked on production support of commercial application
Ability to lead and motivate support team
Knowledge of web content management, Vignette scripting is desirable
Knowledge of iAnywhere mobility solution on Windows Mobile platform alongwith java script / mobilink / MCL
Basic to medium Unix user level knowledge is highly desirable
Knowledge of iPlanet web server is highly desirable
Knowledge of Ajax / JackBE is highly desirable
Knowledge of web services is highly desirable
Knowledge of iAnywhere mobility solution on Windows Mobile platform alongwith java script / mobilink / MCL


#Development & Maintenance

Experience working on Java/J2EE platform with extensive knowledge of EJB, JMS a must
Must have worked on at least 2 web development (J2EE) projects with complete development lifecylce
Development experience of BEA weblogic Application server with Oracle as backend database
Knowledge of iterative development methodologies e.g. RUP, Agile is required
Experience of using Eclipse development IDE and Jtest (unit testing), MS Visio (modeling)
Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Coordination skills with support, QA, business analysts & infrastructure team is highly desirable
Ability to lead and motivate support team
Client facing experience is required
Knowlledge of web content management, Vignette scripting is desirable
Knowledge of iAnywhere mobility solution on Windows Mobile platform alongwith java script / mobilink / MCL
Basic Unix user level knowledge is highly desirable
Knowledge of Ajax / JackBE is highly desirable
Knowledge of web services is highly desirable
Knowledge of Struts / Jasper is desirable
Knowledge of iAnywhere mobility solution on Windows Mobile platform alongwith java script / mobilink / MCL (alternately J2ME experienced resources can be considered, but they will need training anyway on iAnywhere)
Knowledge of iterative development methodologies e.g. RUP, Agile is required
Experience of using Eclipse development IDE and Jtest (unit testing), MS Visio (modeling)
Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements
Ability to communicate effectively across teams e.g. support, QA, business analysts & infrastructure team is a plus
Client facing experience is a plus

J2EE, Weblogic/Websphere, Oracle, ClearCase, ClearQuest and Mercury Quality
Centre. In addition, the resources must be results-oriented, senior
technical leaders with at least 4-9 years of professional experience and
possess excellent communication skills.
