Currently we have an exciting requirement with our client Goldman Sachs (www.gs.com) for Java Developer and looking for professionals with your kind of background for them.

Job Description

Location: Bangalore

Skills:

The successful candidate will have a technical background and proven analytical and problem solving skills
Solid understanding of Object Oriented design concepts
Knowledge of inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, loose coupling concepts
Ability to apply them in practical design scenarios
Knowledge of basic design patterns: factory, singleton, command
Strong RDBMS skills (UDB / Sybase)
Data Modeling experience (or strong understanding)
Advanced SQL knowledge
Ability to write and optimize stored procedures
Enterprise Application development experience (3-5 years)
Experience with J2EE application frameworks (Struts, Spring, or similar)
Basic knowledge of web application development (JSP, servlets, web services)
Performance optimization techniques
Knowledge of messaging and scripting languages
Strong interpersonal and user interaction skills as well as ability to work well in a team environment and in the onshore/offshore model
Demonstrated history of technical projects successfully deployed to production
