Job Description:

Experience Range: 4-6 Years

Job description (brief): (1) Technically very capable candidates playing the role of a Java Developer ****Java certification (Mandatory)

(2) Should be able to understand the technical requirement and independently develop code against them
(3) Should be able to own the task and coordinate with the other team members where necessary to complete the task

(4) Should be able to contribute to the design and architectural decisions

(5) Should be extremely hands on in Java technologies.

(6) Should be a team player & Excellent Communication Skills if you are a good developer but not having Excellent Communication Skills then plz don't apply

Skills/Platform - Mandatory: Core Java, J2EE, SOA & Web Services, Spring, Hibernate, JSP, Struts, JDBC, Excellent Communication Skills, XML,Java Sun Certification

Good to have skills: SQL, PL/SQL,Configuration Management, Change Management, Performance Tuning, Design Patterns, JBoss Rules, Ant, SOA based applications
