Job Description:
Lead projects to completion
Develop team, tracking individuals' progress, and help develop strategic direction.
Prioritize workload of both internal resources and vendor partners
Manage numerous concurrent initiatives in a very progressive and demanding envi-ronment.
Use SDLC documents and checklists to track progress, provide updates, and lead the development of new applications and modifications to existing applications.
Prioritize workload of team by instructing, directing, and validating work

Skill Set:
7-11 years of solid hands-on experience in conceptualization, design and development of web based applications in .Net/J2EE and ASP.NET environment
Strong knowledge of Java/C#, Web Services, XML, SOAP, OOPS, SOA
Strong knowledge of XML, Multithreading, WinForms, .NET Remoting, WCF, SOAP, NUnit
Experience with SharePoint development
Experience with BI, ETL Tools and applications a plus
Sound understanding of RDBMS concepts with hands on experience on SQL Server 2005/2008 and or Oracle.
