Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
 Responsible for mentoring junior developers with code reviews, design reviews, and unit test plan reviews.
 Offers proposed design changes/suggestions to processes and applications, exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of an assignment.
 May represent IT as the principal technical contact and often performs technical project leadership roles.
 Oversees and participates in the development and unit testing of solutions as specified in the Technical Design. Obtains code reviews from appropriate technical staff and ensures standards and policies are adhered to.
 Coordinate internal IT processes and resources in order to successfully deploy new solutions to the business.
 Develops and provides appropriate assignments, tasks, evaluates work, communicates progress toward project goals. Coordinates and helps prioritize project tasks and deliverables.
 Will lead projects and be accountable for successful technical implementation of business software applications.
Required Skills
 Technical project management including project effort/cost estimation & project scheduling
 Ability to provide work leadership to others.
 2-3 year experience implementing Oracle Identity Manager or related Identity Management product.
 Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory
 Experience with Weblogic 8.1 and 10.3
 Experience architecting and developing applications using Java\J2EE.
 Ability to research and implement third party vendor solutions.
 Thorough understanding of web-based architecture and experience developing intranet applications.
 Experience developing web user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, CSS
 Solid understanding of relational database design
 Proven ability to write SQL/Stored procedures for both Oracle and SQL Server
 Experience programming using the XML and XSL
 Possess strong product/technology/industry knowledge
 Excellent problem solving skills
 Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
 Ability to influence others to achieve results.
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
Skills that are a plus:
 Experience architecting and developing applications using Microsoft.NET, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET
 Oracle Fusion Middleware
 Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD)
