ROLE
Work as part of a Design and Development team to deliver software/solutions for
wireless telecom industry.
Provide technical leadership to the Development team.
Interact closely with Product Line Management and System Architects.
Work with project managers to provide software development effort estimates.
Design, develop, test and document software.
Support and maintain flagship products.
Technical Skills
8+ years of hands-on industry experience working with Core Java on Unix platforms.
Excellent Requirement analysis and Design skills.
Experience in developing optimized, high performance and high availability systems.
Experienced in developing multi-threaded and distributed applications.
Solid understanding of threading, garbage collection, performance optimization and
memory management.
Excellent problem solving skills and troubleshooting skills with prior experience to
solving critical issues at code level.
Knowledge of GSM, CDMA networks would be an added advantage.
