This includes support of existing system, as well as working on enhancements to support business with new requirements. This role is for a designer in Oracle PL/SQL / C# technologies,The role also includes providing L2/ L3 support, while handling enhancements. The role reports to a Team Lead/ Project Manager.The responsibilities are to: Gather requirements/ enhancements, design and build bespoke solutions. Manage enhancements from inception to completion and ensure they can be adequately supported. This would include requirement definition or problem investigation, analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of the changes. Adhere to the support model for the project and ensure all issues are responded back in timely manner Ensure customer expectations are met at all times and business users on the application development process
