C++ , VC++, STL, Boost, MFC/Windows programming experience, OOP (Object Oriented Programming)

Senior- possibly in a lead position and have worked in gathering requirements and
architect level experience in design, smart enough on general problem solving.

Hands on programming

They should be joining in < 2 weeks

B1 or any other US work visa - MUST
