1. SSE /Technical Lead:
Essential Skills: Visual C++, MFC
A) For technical leads, Technical mentoring (80%) and Team handling (20%)
Exp: 5 -8 years
B) For SSE, it’s a pure senior developer profile in VC++ and MFC
Exp: 3-5 years

2. Project Lead /Associate Project Lead:
Essential Skills: Management Tools like Project Planning, Defect Tracking, Estimation, Requirement Analysis, Task Allocation
Desired Skills : exp in VC++ projects
Exp: 6-9 Years

Soft Skills:
Good oral and written communication skills, Excellent Team Leadership skills, Strong interpersonal / customer relation skills., Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, Commitment to quality and high standards .
