Job Profile
⢠The overall responsibility will be to troubleshoot system problems from tickets sent by the NY support team.
⢠This person will also need to answer support calls during our nigh shift (witch of course is your day time).
⢠At night the calls may not only be system related, but also regarding upload files and connectivity. Calls during off hours are very rare.

Role Description
⢠Act as a direct point of contact for customers reporting issues or who require support, attempt to immediately address any issues when they are reported,
⢠Enter tickets for issues which can not be immediately addressed or require research, research the issues and diagnose the root cause
⢠Debug source code and identify source of issues, make required code changes to correct those bugs, build system versions when hot fixes are required, front end code changes to address issues or to accommodate minor customization requests,
⢠Make system configuration changes, perform upgrades of all system modules, monitor big brother and system alarms and address or escalate issues when detected, perform standard system maintenance,
⢠Monitor daily jobs and ensure that they run successfully, escalate issues when they can not be resolved in a timely manner.
