Role: (for team lead) � The RLMCC Sales and Structuring Technology team is structured as a number of sub-teams each supporting a business function or an investment project. This role is within the Sales & Structuring Technology team which provides application and online solutions to the Currency Options Sales business as well as day to day support. � The RLMCC Sales and Structuring Technology team is in the process of extending the functionality of both its primary application and online pricing and trading capability. The successful candidate will work in a front office facing role, developing new functionality and supporting the existing system. There is a large programme of development underway this year to support the expansion of our online sales business. � Specific responsibilities include - (for team lead) � The successful candidate will be involved in direct contact with the London counterparts and sales & structuring desk and will take responsibility for the entire development cycle of analysis, prototyping, development and ensuring user satisfaction. � Should have a clear focus on providing business solutions whilst delivering in a high-pressure environment. It is important for the candidate to have enthusiasm, commitment and a positive attitude as well as being a strong team player. � It is also essential for the candidate to have good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to discuss, analyse and accurately document technical specifications. � Develop strategic solutions to help take the business forward. � Ensure progress & issue transparency by frequently reporting to line management � Ensure individuals within the team are developing technical and business skills at or above the agreed rate. � Technology team is spread geographically across London and Gurgaon.
