Job Location: Mumbai

Job Title: Team Application Developer

Exp Band: 3+yrs

Skills: Key responsibilities will be across the entire project lifecycle, including:

VC++ GUI development
Integration with and coding of SQL stored procedures
Liaising with business analysts to design and implement system solutions in response to business demands
Constructing and executing comprehensive system testing of changes
Liaising with the test, environments and packaging teams to ensure successful regression testing and promotion to production
Liaising with the Operate support teams and contributing to â€Å"3rd level†support
Taking ownership for work and quality of delivery

The successful candidate can expect to develop:

A good understanding of derivatives trade processing across assets (Equity, Credit, Commodities)
Expanded technical skills through working with a highly talented development team
Experience of working in a global team on a global application with several thousand users

Education
Bachelors degree

General
Minimum of 3-5 years overall experience of development on C++ applications

Core Technical Skills (Must have)
Excellent C++ coding skills
Strong SQL development
Strong problem solving skills

Technical Skills (Nice have)
MFC development using MS Visual Studio
Solaris/Linux
Clearcase/Subversion
Knowledge of design patterns and refactoring

Business
Previous development experience within a financial company
Financial markets knowledge (ideally derivatives)

5. Hours of Work / Shift Timings in India?
12:00 â€" 20:00 local time
Ability to log in from home as required
