About the Requirement, Role & Responsibility

Position: Sr. Associate
Experience: 4â€" 8 yrs
Job Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon
Education: BTech/MTech/MCA in Computer Science/Electronics

Skills:
1. Skills required: Core Java technologies.
- Experience with JDBC, Multi-threading, Java 5
- Experience with message processing/streaming desirable
- Experience with performance tuning Java-based applications desirable
- Experience with JPROBE or JPROFILER, JUNIT a plus
- Database programming skills in Oracle a plus
- Experience with JMX a plus.
2. Proficient in UML, OOAD.
3. Ability to abstract detail into larger (repeatable) patterns, familiarity
with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques
4. Experience providing a vision of the total solution, managing a track of
work and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common vision
5. Understanding of the project life cycle process
