Development : (3-8 years)
Mandatory skills:
* Language Skills: C, C++
* Windows programming. If any microsoft certification if would be good
* Exposure to Security domain , networking skills.
* Strong communication skills - very important
* Proven self drive and demonstrated ability of handling customer support issues in addition to development.
* Working on at least one complete release end to end as a developer.
Desirable skills:
* Exposure to InstallShield or Wix framework
* Exposure to directory technologies like AD and knowledge of citrix, identity and security management space
* Some exposure to supporting customers support teams such as Technical support as developer.
* Automation - UT automation (JUnit, C++ Unit test automation)
* Skills on OOAD
