Mandatory skills and experience
1. Proven ability to debug and resolve problems in complex components with interdependencies for an enterprise web application
2. Solid communication, presentation and customer (internal) service skills â€" ability to effectively interact cross-organizationally.
3. Proficiency in the following: Core Java, XML, XML schema, XSL, Relational databases (Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server)
4. Minimum of 4 years of experience in software design and programming with at least 2 years on web based applications.
5. Prior experience in software projects that completed the full lifecycle and were maintained and enhanced in a commercial environment.

Desirable skills and experience
1. Experience in a product based company - developing commercial enterprise applications.
2. Exposure to web based application development.
3. Familiarity with any or all of the these: WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat
4. Familiarity with GWT (Google Web Toolkit) or any other industry standard web application development framework â€" Struts, Tapestry.
5. Familiarity with persistence frameworks such as Hibernate, iBatis
6. Familiarity with RIA frameworks such as Dojo.

Education:

MCA / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech
