* Experience in Core Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP
* Experience in any RDMS (SQL server/Oracle/DB2) is essential
* Experience in Application Server(Websphere, Weblogic)
* Experience in Struts, Hibernate and Spring would be an added advantage.
* Banking Domain(BFSI) exposure would be an added advantage.
* Excellent Communication Skills and Team Handling Skills
