Experience: 3Yrs to 8Yrs
Skill Sets:
SQL Developer(3-5yrs):
Experience with SQL Server 2000 / 2005.Write complex stored procedure using Transact-SQL. Good idea on DB design concepts, indexing and Database tuning. Experience in SSIS and Reporting Services experience is PLUS.
Software Design Engineer in Test - SDET(3-5 yrs):
Expertise in White box testing & ability to write test cases. Good development background in .Net technologies using Visual Studio. Experience in MAUI and functional test automation.
BizTalk Developer(3-5 yrs ):
Hands-on experience in BizTalk 2006 for at least 2 years, knowledge about BizTalk server 2006 R2, WCF adapters, BRE & BAM. Expert in designing orchestrations, maps, pipelines, deploying and tuning BTS applications. Experience in .Net/C# Technologies.
Dot Net Developer / Lead(3-6 yrs):
ASP.NET 2.0 / 3.0, C# / VB.Net & SQL Server(Any version). For lead opening candidate should have worked as Module lead or Tech lead for minimum of 1+ yrs.
SQL Dev Lead(5-8 yrs):
5+ years experience as an MS SQL-Server DBA/developer. Good understanding of the Microsoft SQL 2005 architecture. Strong Knowledge of SQL server replication, Log shipping, Clustering, Writing stored procedures and join statements
Desired Skills: Crystal Reports or Microsoft Reporting Services/SSIS/Do Net programming experience. Experience in writing Low level technical specification.

SQL Test Engineer(3-5yrs):
Testing Store procedures (SP), Triggers, Data Migration testing and DB design. Experience on SQL server 2000/2005 and Knowledge of T-SQL is mandatory.
Share Point Portal Developer(3-5yrs):
Strong development experience in ASP.Net, C#, Moss 2007 and SQL server 2005(Any version of SQL database). Candidate should have at least 1 year experience in MOSS 2007 / SPS 2003 / Infopath.
Performance Analyst/Lead(3-8 yrs):
3-8 yrs of experience in areas of performance optimization, analysis and testing. Hands-on experience in Performance tuning. Knowledge of Load testing tools with good performance optimization skills. Experience in C# programming and other Microsoft technologies (.Net & SQL Server). Lead should have analysis along with solution recommendation capabilities.
